Booking are accepted via email or telephone. A deposit of 30% of the full holiday total should be paid at time of booking and the remainder can either be sent the week before you travel or can be paid on arrival in Euros.

 If a booking is cancelled, the deposit is forfeited.

 We require a valid identity document for registration purposes on arrival.

 Parking is free and guests will be allotted their parking space on arrival.

 Il B&B è dotato inoltre di frigobar posti all’esterno delle camere con serratura, nei quali troverete prodotti da noi selezionati per migliorare il Vostro soggiorno. Siete quindi pregati di non introdurre materiale dall’esterno.

 Guests are given front door keys as well as their room key so that key can come in and go out when they please.

 Guests requested to keep the noise level to a minimum, thus respecting other guests and avoiding unpleasant situations.

 Guests are requested to refrain from smoking inside the house.

 It is not permitted to light fires or to cook in the rooms.

 We remind our guests that water is a precious commodity and should be used sparingly where possible.

 Guests may have visitors but are requested to receive callers in the hall and not invite them to their rooms. Callers should park outside the property on the public road. Should this rule not be respected, visitors may be frowned upon in the future.
